Northrop Grumman Space Systems is looking for you to join our team as a Software Engineer level 2 or 3 based out of Boulder, CO. You will be responsible for high-level design, software development, and system integration of algorithm solutions. Development is performed at all levels of the system product to include: concept, design, test, installation, operation, and maintenance. This ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Coordinates with development and test teams to perform integration and resolve defects with improvement recommendations
• Drives the engineering process development, continuous improvement, and affordability initiatives within their program
Experience with Linux
C/C++, Python, Java development experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math or related discipline
Level 2 – 2 years of related experience; 0 years of related experience with a Masters
Level 3 – 5 years of related experience; 3 years of related experience with a Masters
DoD Top Secret clearance and ability to obtain SCI
Ability to travel on occasion to Northrop Grumman and customer locations
• Experience with DevOps and Agile Development Level 2: Salary Minimum $81,664 – Salary Maximum $122,496 Level 3: Salary Minimum $101,200 – Salary Maximum $151,800
